We're sorry to see you go, but if you need to close your Solo Money Account, we're here to help.
Close the account
Before you close your account, make sure you have:
a $0 balance
changed recurring payments or direct debits to another account or cancelled them
checked your contact details are up to date in case we need to contact you after you have closed your account.
Need a copy of your transactions? You can download your statements before you close your account.
To close your account, chat to the Solo Money assistant:
Go to Solo Money and tap the question mark on the top of the screen.
Tap the chat bubble on the bottom of the screen to open the chat.
Tap Help with my Solo Money, Accounts, Close account(s) and follow the prompts.
The rest of your Solo app will continue to work as usual
When you close your Solo Money Account, you'll still have access to the rest of Solo. It will continue to work the same as before, but you'll no longer be able to access your Solo Money Account.
The transactions from your Solo Money Account that you have not yet matched or categorised can still be reviewed from Home.
If you've got another bank, you can connect it. You can also apply to open a new Solo Money Account.

If you've closed your Solo Money Account and want a record of your transactions, you can chat with the digital assistant (in More) and ask for your Solo Money statements.
If you're no longer subscribed to Solo, you can start a chat with the digital assistant on the sign-in screen of Solo by tapping Help signing in then the chat bubble.
