Our sustainability vision
Our vision is to help businesses start, survive and succeed. We're in sustainability for the long haul, because long term success for business depends on a healthy environment. We design our products around our customers, and we take the same customer first approach to sustainability.
Our customers are right at the heart of our climate action.
And because our customers expect us to back our words with action, we're aiming to be a Certified Carbon Neutral business. To get there, we’re focused on cutting emissions through initiatives that improve energy efficiency, reduce waste, and promote sustainable practices across our operations and supply chain.

Supporting customers with carbon neutral products and services
Since 2023, many of our products and services have been Climate Active certified and carbon neutral, helping customers reduce their Scope 3 emissions and overall footprint.
Driving change through our people, culture, and community
Meaningful impact is a team effort. Through community leave and sustainability events, we empower our people to support the causes they care about and make a difference.
Offsetting emissions, now and into the future
We’ve offset 100% of our Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions since 2019. We’re reducing our footprint across our offices and the way we work, with a goal of reaching net zero by 2050.

MYOB has been Climate Active certified since 2023. Backed by the Australian government, Climate Active helps Aussie businesses take real climate action. The program verifies how we measure, reduce, report, and offset our emissions.
Being Climate Active certified shows we're serious about carbon neutrality. We reduce emissions where we can and offset the rest. This gives our customers, partners and people confidence in how we report and act on our emissions. We're continually working to reduce our carbon footprint and set a higher standard for sustainability.
