View and share a report

You can view a report as a PDF then choose if you want to download or share it. 

  1. Go to More and tap Reports. 

  2. Tap a report. 

  3. Choose the Date range and leave File type as PDF. 

  4. Tap the three dots (...) and choose Preview and share to display the report. 

Download or share a report

You can download a report for your records or share it via email or messaging app. 

  1. Go to More and tap Reports. 

  2. Tap a report. 

  3. Choose the Date range. 

  4. Choose the File type (PDF or Excel). 
    Note: If you want to preview the report, choose the PDF file type and tap the three dots (…). 

  5. Tap Share and choose how to share the file, for example via email or message app. 

Change the business and contact details on reports

The business and contact details that show in your reports are the same details that are shown on your invoices. To change these details, go to your business settings.

  1. Go to More and tap Business settings.

  2. Tap Business and contact details.

  3. Choose the details you want to update:

    • Business details for business name, ABN, business type and industry

    • Contact details for business address, phone number and email.

  4. Tap Edit at the top right of the screen and change the details.

  5. Tap Save.

Troubleshooting

My report refers to 'Spend money' – what is that?

If you see Spend money in a report, it’s referring to a Paid expense transaction.

My report refers to 'Receive money' – what is that?

If you see Receive money in a report, it’s referring to a Record income transaction.

Can I make a custom report?

You can’t make a custom report, but the available reports are set up for you to suit most business needs.

Can I change a report?

You can only change the Date range in a report.

How do I see a report before I share it?

When you run a report, you can preview a PDF version of it before you share it. 

  1. Go to More, tap Reports and tap the report you want to run. 

  2. Choose the Date range and leave File type as PDF. 

  3. Tap the three dots (...) and choose Preview and share to display the report. 

  4. Tap the share button in the top right corner and choose how to share the file, for example via email or message app.
