Disconnect or change an account

You can disconnect or change any bank accounts or credit cards that are connected to Solo.

Disconnecting an account

If you want to stop the Solo app from receiving your bank data, disconnect the account in Connected accounts settings.

  1. Go to More and tap Connected accounts.

  2. Tap the three dots (...) next to the account and tap Disconnect.

  3. Tap Disconnect to confirm.

Changing to another account

If you want to connect a different account to the Solo app, disconnect the current account and connect a new one in Connected accounts settings.

  1. Go to More and tap Connected accounts.

  2. Tap the three dots (...) next to the account and tap Disconnect.

  3. Tap Disconnect to confirm. The account will now show in your disconnected accounts list.

  4. To add the new account, stay on Connected accounts settings and tap Connect to your bank.

  5. Follow the set-up prompts.

If you've connected an account before, you won’t have to choose a category again. The app will remember the old category the account used.
