Start your chat from MYOB Practice or use our virtual assistant (MOCA)
Use our virtual assistant, MOCA: On this page, click the chat bubble in the bottom right corner and ask for help.
To chat with practice support, select Other products > MYOB AE/AO or MYOB Practice.
Bookmark this page so you can access our virtual assistant (MOCA).
From MYOB Practice: Open MYOB Practice, click the help icon (?) in the left menu bar and select Live chat from the menu.
If you're in AE/AO, click the MYOB Practice icon on the top menu and login using your MYOB credentials.

Live chat hours
From 10 March 2025, we're extending our Live chat hours.
9 am to 7 pm Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) for help with tax
7 am to 7 pm Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) for everything else (except Nimbus and MPM)
What products do we support?
We’ve expanded live chat support to cover AE/AO and MYOB Practice (except Nimbus and MPM). However, we can't assist with every issue through live chat.
