  1. All Usage overage charges are calculated and billed as per the MYOB Acumatica Terms of Use. AI Units are allocated per Billing Period and reset at the start of each Billing Period. Unused AI Units do not roll over

  2. All listed prices are exclusive of GST

  3. For AI Automation, an automation is defined as a click or a single, user-initiated execution triggered from an Acumatica ERP screen.

  4. AI Assistant Units represent a blended measure of input, output and cache tokens across the models used by AI Assistant. AI Assistant capacity is allocated per MYOB Acumatica site not per user.
