ANZ Customer Offer Terms and Conditions

1. Who is eligible for the Offer?

This Offer is available to ANZ Customers in Australia who:

  • are New and Returning MYOB Customers; and

  • purchase and pay for a 1-month subscription for an Eligible Product,

(Eligible Customers).

2. When is the Offer available?

The Offer is available from 12:00am A.E.S.T. on Saturday, 1 July 2024 until 11:59pm A.E.S.T on Monday, 30 June 2025 (the Offer Period). The Offer Period may be amended, as notified from time to time.

3. What’s included in the Offer?

Eligible Customers who purchase and pays for a 1-month subscription to MYOB Business Lite, MYOB Business Pro, MYOB Business AccountRight Plus or MYOB Business AccountRight Premier (Eligible Product), during the Offer Period, will receive a free base subscription for the Eligible Product for a period of 11 months (the Bonus Period).

4. New MYOB Customer Bonus:

Eligible Customers who have not previously had a paid subscription for an MYOB product will also receive free access to a MYOB Payroll Premium feature for the first 30 days of their new subscription, notwithstanding section 6(a) or section 6(b) below. Charges will apply to the MYOB Payroll Premium feature if the customer enables this feature after the initial free 30 day period.

5. How to accept the Offer:

An Eligible Customer can accept the Offer during the Offer Period by following the instructions on the Offer landing page.

Fees due for the 1 month subscription may be split across two separate invoices and pro-rated, based on the day of the month the Eligible Customer signs up for the subscription.

6. Conditions and Limitations on the Offer

(a) This Offer only applies to a base subscription for MYOB Business Lite or MYOB Business Pro. Use of other MYOB Premium Features (like Payroll, Premium Inventory or Online Invoice Payments) may attract additional fees or charges, and be subject to additional terms and conditions. For example, these additional fees and charges and terms and conditions apply to the use of Online Invoice Payments.

(b) This Offer is not transferable or available in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise stated For example, it cannot be used in conjunction with another ’30-day-free period’.

(c) This Offer, and any use of the Eligible Product remains subject to the MYOB Business Terms of Use, which apply in addition to these terms.

(d) If an Eligible Customer switches from an MYOB Business Lite subscription to an MYOB Business Pro subscription (or vice versa) before the end of the Bonus Period, the Offer will continue to apply for the remainder of the Bonus Period.

7. What happens at the end of the Bonus Period?

At the end of the Bonus Period, the cost of the Eligible Product will automatically revert to the then-current standard full price advertised on the MYOB website.

8. ANZ does not guarantee the quality of the Eligible Product or any other MYOB products or services, or their suitability for your circumstances.

To the extent the law allows, ANZ does not accept any responsibility for losses (including indirect or consequential losses) suffered as a result of an Eligible Customer’s acceptance of the Offer or use of the Eligible Product, unless such losses relate to ANZ’s fraud, negligence or wilful default.

General

9. We may vary or discontinue the Offer at any time. We will still honour the Offer if it has been accepted by an Eligible Customer prior to the Offer being discontinued.

10. The Offer does not replace or limit the statutory rights an Eligible Customer has, including any rights they have under applicable consumer laws.

11. If an Eligible Customer accepts this Offer on an unsolicited sales call, the Offer is subject to a cooling-off period of 5 working days. If an Eligible Customer changes their mind during the cooling off period and decides not to accept the Offer, they will not incur any penalties and any money they have paid to us for the Eligible Product will be refunded.

12. MYOB values your privacy. We may collect and use information about you and for the purpose of administering this Offer. Please visit our Privacy Policy for more information about how we collect, use and disclose personal information.

Definitions

  • ANZ means Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited (ABN 11 005 357 522).

  • ANZ Customer means a business in Australia that is a customer of ANZ.

  • Eligible Product means MYOB Business Lite, MYOB Business Pro, MYOB Business AccountRight Plus and MYOB Business AccountRight Premier. For the avoidance of doubt, other products that fall under the “MYOB Business” product umbrella (for example, “MYOB Business Payroll Only, MYOB Business Connected Ledger”) are not Eligible Products.

  • New and Returning MYOB Customers means customers that have:

    • not previously had, and do not currently have, a paid MYOB subscription; or

    • previously trialled or paid for an MYOB subscription but have not been an MYOB customer for at least 30 days prior to the date of taking up this Offer.

  • Offer means this offer, which is subject to these terms and conditions.

  • We, us, our or MYOB means MYOB Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 13 086 760 198) of Level 3, 168 Cremorne Street Cremorne, VIC 3121.
