Can I use my account on my phone?
For small business plans, our accounting software is compatible with all browsers on desktop, mobile, and tablet. Plus, you can enhance your workflow with our companion app, MYOB Assist, which allow you to create invoices and snap receipts directly from your mobile device. If you‘d like to bill by time, budget by job or use multiple currencies, you‘ll need to use MYOB Business AccountRight Plus or AccountRight Premier. Both of these plans require a Windows desktop or laptop computer.
Can I let other people access my software?
Absolutely. You can share your account with your advisor, accountant, bookkeeper or business partner at any time for no extra cost. You can also control what they can see and do by adjusting their access levels.
Do I need to install any software?
MYOB Business Lite and Pro are 100% web-based. No downloads required. Just login to MYOB on your browser, and use it on computer, tablet or phone.
For bigger businesses that need features like advanced inventory, multi-currency or time billing, you’ll opt for MYOB Business AccountRight Plus or Premier, which includes some software to download on Windows computers.

With MYOB Business Lite or Pro, you can track a job's progress, profit and loss, and expenses.

Can I migrate my data into my MYOB software?

There are two ways to migrate your data to MYOB software:
DIY from spreadsheets or from other software (Reckon, Xero, or QuickBooks)
Get help from our migration partner to migrate from Reckon, QuickBooks, or Xero. We'll even cover the cost of migrating transactions from the current and previous financial year.
