1. Who is eligible for this Offer?
This Offer is available to:
New and Returning MYOB Customers in New Zealand; and
Eligible Members of the MYOB Partner Program in New Zealand,
who have been invited directly to redeem the Offer via eDM or directly from a MYOB sales agent.
(Eligible Customer).
2. When is the Offer available?
The Offer is available from 1 October 2025 to 30 April 2026 (Offer Period) unless otherwise discontinued or varied by us.
3. What is included in the Offer?
Eligible Customers will be entitled to:
40% off the then current standard full price as advertised on our website (the Discounted Price);
for a 6-month base subscription of MYOB Business AccountRight Plus, MYOB Business AccountRight Premier, MYOB Business Connected Ledger, MYOB Business Connected Ledger with Payroll or MYOB Business Payroll Only (Eligible Product Subscription), billed monthly,
from the date the Offer is redeemed (the Discount Period).
4. How to redeem the offer
An Eligible Customer can redeem this Offer, during the Offer Period, by:
purchasing an Eligible Product Subscription through an MYOB sales agent and referencing the Offer;
providing any information reasonably requested by MYOB.
5. Conditions and Limitations
(a) Under this Offer, the Eligible Product Subscription must be held until for 6 months from the date of purchase (Minimum Term). If you cancel before the end of the Minimum Term, you will be required to pay out the remainder of the Minimum Term at the Discounted Price.
(b) This Offer only applies to base subscriptions of an Eligible Product. Use of MYOB Premium Features (like Payroll, Premium Inventory or Online Invoice Payments) may attract additional fees or charges and be subject to additional terms and conditions.
(c) If an Eligible Customer makes an approved change to their subscription before the end of the Discount Period (for example, if they switch from an MYOB AccountRight Premier to a MYOB AccountRight Plus subscription or vice versa, or if they change from a ‘Partner Pays’ to ‘Client Pays’ billing model), the Offer will only apply for the remainder of the Discount Period.
(d) The Offer cannot be applied retroactively for prior purchases.
(e) The Offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer and is not transferable. You can use the best offer available to you at a single point in time, but not a combination of offers at any point in time.
6. What happens at the end of the Discount Period?
Your subscription auto-renews for monthly periods, unless you cancel in accordance with our MYOB AccountRight product terms of use or MYOB Business product terms of use. At the end of the Discount Period, the cost of the base subscription for the Eligible MYOB Product will automatically revert to the then-current standard full price advertised on our website, unless otherwise agreed with MYOB. For example, when the Eligible Members of the MYOB Partner Program may still be entitled to a discount based on their membership tier.
General
A. Your use of the Eligible Product remains subject to the MYOB Business Terms of Use and MYOB AccountRight Terms of Use.
B. We may vary or discontinue the Offer at any time. We will still honour the Offer if it has been accepted by an Eligible Customer prior to the Offer being discontinued or varied.
C. The Offer does not replace or limit the statutory rights an Eligible Customer has, including any rights they have under applicable consumer laws.
D. If an Eligible Customer accepts this Offer on an unsolicited sales call, the Offer is subject to a 10-calendar day cooling-off period. If an Eligible Customer cancels their subscription during the cooling-off period, they will not incur any penalties and any money they paid to us for the Eligible Product Subscription as a result of accepting the Offer will be refunded.
E. The terms and conditions of this Offer shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws in New Zealand.
F. MYOB values your privacy. We may collect and use information about you and for the purpose of administering this Offer. Please visit our Privacy Policy for more information about how we collect, use and disclose personal information.
Definitions
MYOB, we, us, our means: MYOB NZ Limited of 17 Sir William Pickering Drive, Burnside, Christchurch 8053
Eligible Members of the MYOB Partner Program means any member of the:
Partner, Certified Consultant, Bookkeeper, POS or Connected Account Programs; and
MYOB Customers who have commenced their application to become an MYOB Partner Program member
Offer means this exclusive offer, which is offered to you by us under the Terms.
Terms means these terms and conditions.
You and your refers to the customer that is accepting this Offer under section 3
