As cancelling your subscription can involve security risks, it can only be done by the business owner or the person who set up your MYOB subscription.
If your business needs have changed, instead of cancelling, consider downgrading your subscription plan. You can move to a simpler, cheaper product that better suits you needs. More about downgrading

Download copies of any uploaded documents

Save the data you need by exporting data or producing reports. At a minimum, you'll want the General ledger detail and the Balance Sheet report

If you're not sure what you should keep, check with an accounting advisor

If you use payroll, make sure you've paid all outstanding super payments

If you use payroll, finalise your Single Touch Payroll information. This ensures the ATO are notified that you'll no longer be submitting payroll information from MYOB

Turn off any invoice reminders and unpaid invoice summaries.
How to cancel your subscription
You can cancel your subscription by calling us on 1300 940 281.
If you call outside MYOB business hours (9am to 5pm AEST, Monday to Friday). you'll need to leave your details so we can call you back.

Can I restart my subscription after cancelling it?
You can restart your subscription within 60 days of cancelling it. This means you'll be able to continue using your MYOB product without having to start a new one.
If it's been more than 60 days since you cancelled your subscription, you'll need to sign up for a new subscription and create a new MYOB file. Contact us if you need help. More about restarting your subscription
