MYOB’s Dean Chadwick Recognised Among Australia’s Top Marketing Leaders in Mi3’s Inaugural CMO Awards

MYOB Chief Customer Officer Dean Chadwick has been ranked among the best marketing leaders in Australia at Mi3’s inaugural CMO Awards gala dinner. The CMO Awards are designed to recognise Australia’s most progressive and effective marketing leaders.  

 

The Chief Marketing Officers of the Year category, which included 51 finalists, acknowledged those driving impactful brand transformation, growth and customer value. Dean Chadwick secured 11th place, recognising the significant role he has played leading the transformation of MYOB’s brand strategy, and in driving innovation across product, brand and marketing to position MYOB to a new audience segment. 

 

The Mi3 CMO Awards program aims to recognise innovation and leadership across five key areas: marketing effectiveness, business growth, customer leadership, team excellence and strategic transformation. The 2025 judging panel included former marketing leaders, non-executive directors, and industry luminaries. 

 

Since joining MYOB two years ago as Chief Marketing Officer, Dean has been instrumental in supercharging the company’s brand and market positioning, leading the brand development and launch of a mobile-first solution for sole operators, Solo by MYOB. Stepping into the Chief Customer Officer role 18 months into his tenure, Dean unified the marketing and digital teams to create one function, strategically aligned to customer centricity and commercial outcomes, propelling MYOB’s standing as a modern SaaS company. 

 

MYOB Chief Executive Officer Paul Robson said Dean’s recognition reflects the impact of MYOB’s executive leadership.
